A DC bar called Service Bar was organizing a pop-up called LN2, where they created frozen cocktails using liquid nitrogen. They wanted a custom logo that emulated the Baskin Robbins logo so they could quickly convey frozen beverages and invoke childhood nostalgia. I designed the LN2 logo according to their request, creating an ice cream style cocktail in Illustrator for some fun imagery, then adding some white splotching similar to the clouds on a pint of Ben and Jerry’s ice cream. Since the Service Bar logo is dark blue, I was able to use the same shade for the LN2 design and much of the copy with it. I used the Baskin Robbins pink as an accent color for the date and a soft white for the title and liquor logos.
