The client was the owner of a small contracting company who was looking for a logo redesign. I researched and explored ways to incorporate various tools and construction elements into the MTS name. As a smaller contractor I eventually ended up going with the more simplistic logo using the screw, realizing that the company probably would not be in a situation where they were using a hard hat. I also kept in mind that great logos don’t necessarily need to be complicated.
